Cranes in cement plants often operate in low-visibility conditions caused by heavy dust and steam. Traditional safety methods fail in these environments, making advanced electronic anti-collision systems mandatory.

Our TGL-CAIPWAS system uses military-grade radar sensors that penetrate through thick cement dust and rain. By monitoring the exact distance between multiple cranes and static structures, the system prevents "boom-to-boom" or "boom-to-structure" collisions automatically.

Height and slew monitoring are critical when cranes work near power lines or silos. The system allows HSE managers to set "No-Go Zones" digitally. If a crane operator attempts to enter a restricted zone, the system provides a warning and can even interlock the crane's controls to prevent entry.

For EOT and Gantry cranes, real-time distance monitoring between adjacent units on the same rail is vital. Our systems ensure that a safe buffer zone is always maintained, protecting the structural integrity of the plant and the safety of the ground crew.
